Privacy Policy

• Account details you provide (name, email, encrypted password)
• Application details (institution, field of study, experience, motivation, required profile photo)
• Course activity (progress, quiz attempts, submissions, grades)
• Laboratory session metadata (start/stop times, usage) - never the contents of your provider account, because you never have one

• To operate your account, application, and course access
• To send account, application, and course-related emails
• To display your profile within your private cohort directory, per your visibility settings
• To issue and verify certificates of completion

Your application photo is used within your student profile, cohort directory, and dashboard, and in certificate records where applicable. It is never made publicly visible outside your cohort without your explicit consent.

Files are stored in private, access-controlled storage. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to student data is limited to instructors and administrators for legitimate course purposes, and sensitive admin actions are logged.
