Academic Integrity Policy
Last updated: July 2026
Individual work
Quizzes and assignments are individual work unless explicitly stated otherwise by the instructor. Submitting another person's work, or work generated primarily by a third party, as your own is a violation of this policy.
Collaboration during live labs
Discussion and troubleshooting with peers and instructors during live laboratory sessions is expected and encouraged - this is core to how the course is designed. The distinction is between collaborative learning and submitting shared or copied work for individual assessment.
Consequences
Suspected violations are reviewed by the instructor and may result in a returned assignment for resubmission, a reduced grade, or - in serious or repeated cases - removal from the cohort.
